What is the LEGACY program?

The LEGACY program is a comprehensive youth leadership development program that includes a variety of challenges, missions, resources, and activities designed to help young people develop the skills, mindset, and habits needed to become successful leaders in their communities. Our mission is simple but profound: to empower young leaders to unleash their potential, embrace challenges, and create a positive impact on the world. 

Who is the LEGACY program for?

The LEGACY program is designed primarily for young people ages 8-14, although younger kids have participated and it is also suitable for older teens and adults who want to develop their leadership skills as well. We have successful teens and adults who have accomplished so much with our Missions. We created LEGACY with families in mind and wanted to create an experience and memories for the whole family to participate in together.

What kinds of Courses/Missions and resources are included in the LEGACY program?

The LEGACY program includes a wide range of Missions, Courses and Resources designed to help young people develop a variety of leadership skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and more. Some of the courses and resources included in the program are: Legacy Launchpad, Young Warriors-753, 10P3 - Positive Power Principles, Path to Purpose Challenge, Legacy Champions, Remarkable Young Leaders and Project Based Leadership Challenges.

You'll find MICRO-MISSIONS on our App (those short 10-30 minute daily challenges), Leadership-Loops (our free self discipline training tool), and LEGACY COACHING (a specialized coaching program focused on developing family leadership skills and passing down valuable life skills from one generation to the next. It encompasses strategies, techniques, and mentorship aimed at empowering families to cultivate strong leadership qualities, foster positive communication, build resilience, and create a lasting legacy of success and well-being within the family unit.)

How long does the LEGACY program take to complete?

The LEGACY program is designed to be flexible, so you can take as much time as you need to complete the courses and resources. However, most participants will be able to complete the core 6 Missions within 6-12 months, depending on their level of commitment and how quickly they are able to progress through the material. Beyond that initial training, many families continue participating for years as there is no true end to our program, only progress.
