Gary Engels

Gary created Leadership Academy LEGACY after giving a TEDx talk on Project Based Leadership Training. This idea has sparked thousands of projects around the world. The foundation of his education is as a teacher first. He is a Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Founding Leadership Academy Martial Arts in 2005 was the beginning as he used the martial arts as a vehicle to teach Leadership Skills. LEGACY is an extension of this training make an impact in the world through action and results in communities everywhere.
