Which adventure are you going to focus on?  Decide on one cool thing you want to get better at. Our Leadership Loops challenge has a few different paths to choose from

Make a simple plan — when and how will you tackle your adventure each day? Set an alarm and complete the task at the same time very day to succeed!

3. Find Your Sidekick!

Tell a buddy, a parent, or a teacher who can be your cheerleader and coach to help you do this every day!

Accomplishing daily challenges that are both engaging and empowering can help instill a sense of achievement, discipline, and confidence in kids. Here's the complete list of all 6 impactful daily challenges:

Pushup Challenge

Do a set number of push-ups every day to keep the body active. We will use the 80% rule. Before you begin, let's max out and see how many pushups you can do. Then you'll do 80% of that max every day. an example is if you can do 25 pushups without stopping, then you will plan to do 20 EVERY DAY. Doing push-ups every day is like giving your muscles a superpower boost, making you stronger and full of energy for all your adventures. 

Gratitude Journal

Write down one thing you're grateful for each day. You will simply login, and share what you are grateful for, EVERY DAY. Writing down something you're thankful for each day is like collecting sunshine for rainy days; it makes you happier and helps you remember all the good stuff in your life, even when things get tough.

Kindness Journal

Do one act of kindness daily, whether it's helping a sibling, complimenting a friend, or assisting a teacher. Every day, make someone's day brighter with just one act of kindness. It could be lending a hand, sharing a smile, or simply saying something encouraging. Small gestures create big smiles, so let's spread kindness everywhere we go!

Read Aloud Challenge

Read a page from a favorite book aloud, focusing on clarity and expression. You can practice in front of a mirror, in from of people, on video, or just by yourself. Reading out loud makes you a word wizard, helping you understand stories better and speak super clearly. Plus, it's like a mini-adventure that makes you braver, especially when sharing tales with friends or family!

Goal Getter Challenge

Write down one small goal for the next day. Then complete that goal and write a new one. Every day. Setting a small goal for the next day is like drawing a treasure map - it gives you a clear and exciting mission to wake up to. When you achieve it and set a new one, it's like unlocking a new level in a game, making you a master goal-getter with each win!

Learning Streak

Dedicate 10 minutes to learning something new, be it a hobby, skill, or topic of interest. Little things add to be big things. Spending 10 minutes each day learning something new is like adding a magical puzzle piece to your brain, helping you become smarter and more awesome at things you like. These little learning moments stack up over time, turning you into a big-time explorer of cool facts, talents, and hobbies!

Gary founded LEGACY after giving a TEDx talk on Project Based Leadership Training in 2013. This idea has sparked thousands of community/leadership projects around the world. He is a Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Founding Leadership Academy in 2005, they use the martial arts as a vehicle to teach Leadership Skills. He founded LEGACY as an extension of this training to make an impact in the world through action and results in communities everywhere.

Nikki Engels is a wife and mother of three beautiful children.
She has dedicated her career of 17 years to teaching women how to stay active and healthy through her teachings in her women’s fitness classes and kickboxing classes. She has taken her passion to help others one step further by becoming certified in Viniyoga™ and writing about her healing transformation that took place in 2016 to 2019. Nikki is dedicated to teaching others that they too can heal conditions similar to hers through various natural ideals.
